Please do not fill out this registration unless you have already submitted your application at https://www.shinemusicfestival.com/vendors and have received an email confirmation that you have been accepted

  • All vendors must bring their own tents, tables, chairs, lights, extension cords, power strips and duct tape.
  • Tents must be weighted down – any stakes in the ground are prohibited by the Park.
  • Vendors must be fully setup by 12pm and remain open during the festival. NO EARLY DEPARTURES.
  • The festival will go on RAIN OR SHINE. There will be NO REFUNDS after the completed application is approved and payment is accepted.
  • Merchandise vendors are NOT allowed to sell any food or beverages.
  • We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of craft, product or attraction.
  • Vendors will have access to electricity at an additional cost. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own power strips and extension cords to access the power hubs that will be placed throughout the vendor market.
  • Vendors are only allowed to sell the items that they have outlined in their application. Vendors found selling unauthorized merchandise, food, or beverages, sharing a booth space with another vendor, or otherwise violating Shine Music Festival rules will be escorted off the premises. No refunds will be given.
  • Vendors will receive their credentials upon check in at the main info booth on Saturday.
  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and properly bagging trash within your sales location. We will direct you to where trash can be dumped during check in.
  • Vendors will be given a total of four (4) vendor passes for staff per 10x10 area purchased. Additional vendor passes must be requested prior to event.
  • We do NOT provide parking for our festival vendors. However, there are paid parking lots around the venue.
  • Vendors may drive their vehicle to vending spot to unload/load. Directions will be provided prior to event.
  • All vendors MUST accept CREDIT/DEBIT card payments.
  • Vendors must be licensed and insured with Shine Music and the City and County of Denver as additionally insured.
