Indoor Vendors
- Tables and chairs will be provided
- Vendors must bring their own lights, extension cords, and power strips.

Outdoor Vendors
- Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and chairs.
- Tents must be weighted down – no stakes
- Vendors must be fully setup by 11:30am and remain open during the free portion of the festival from 12-6pm. NO EARLY DEPARTURES.
- The festival will go on RAIN OR SHINE. There will be NO REFUNDS after the completed application is approved and payment is accepted.
- We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of craft, product or attraction.
- Vendors are only allowed to sell the items that they have outlined in their application. Vendors found selling unauthorized merchandise, food, or beverages, sharing a booth space with another vendor, or otherwise violating Shine Music Festival rules will be escorted off the premises. No refunds will be given.
- Vendors will receive their credentials upon check in at the main info booth on Saturday.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and properly bagging trash within your sales location. We will direct you to where trash can be dumped during check in.
- Vendors will be given a total of four (4) vendor passes for staff per 10x10 area purchased. Additional vendor passes must be requested prior to event.
- We do NOT provide parking for our festival vendors. However, there are paid parking lots and street parking around the venue.
- Vendors may drive to entrance to unload/load. Directions will be provided prior to event.
- All vendors must accept CREDIT/DEBIT card payments.
- Vendors must be licensed and insured with Shine Music and the ReelWorks Denver as additionally insured.
