Event Date: Sat, August 24th 12:00 - 11:00 pm Vendor Activations: 12-6pm *Vendors may arrive by 9am and must be fully setup by 11:30am. Vendor teardown starts at 6pm.

Indoor Vendors
Tables and chairs will be provided
Vendors must bring their own lights, extension cords, and power strips.
Outdoor Vendors
Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and chairs.
Tents must be weighted down – no stakes
Vendors must be fully setup by 11:30am and remain open during the free portion of the festival from 12-6pm. NO EARLY DEPARTURES.
The festival will go on RAIN OR SHINE. There will be NO REFUNDS after the completed application is approved and payment is accepted.
We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of craft, product or attraction.
Vendors are only allowed to sell the items that they have outlined in their application. Vendors found selling unauthorized merchandise, food, or beverages, sharing a booth space with another vendor, or otherwise violating Shine Music Festival rules will be escorted off the premises. No refunds will be given.
Vendors will receive their credentials upon check in at the main info booth on Saturday.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and properly bagging trash within your sales location. We will direct you to where trash can be dumped during check in.
Vendors will be given a total of four (4) vendor passes for staff per 10x10 area purchased. Additional vendor passes must be requested prior to event.
We do NOT provide parking for our festival vendors. However, there are paid parking lots and street parking around the venue.
Vendors may drive to entrance to unload/load. Directions will be provided prior to event.
All vendors must accept CREDIT/DEBIT card payments.
Vendors must be licensed and insured with Shine Music and the ReelWorks Denver as additionally insured.
